How can I place an online order ?

  • Browse our products and add desired items to your cart.
  • Proceed to the checkout page.
  • Enter your personal details, including delivery address and contact number.
  • Choose your preferred payment method (cash, credit card, bank deposit).
  • Review the accuracy of the provided information and confirm your order.

Can I add an item to my order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, no. However, you can easily place another order.

What is your exchange policy ?

  • You can exchange an item within 7 days of purchase, provided it remains unworn, with tags intact, free of damages or stains, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • To initiate an exchange, you must present the original purchase receipt.
  • Exchanges can only be processed in-store and are applicable to items purchased in-store only.
  • Please note that sale items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
  • Gift items must also be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, and the order number should be presented to our cashier.
  • Vouchers cannot be refunded for cash. They can only be used towards future purchases.

Can I return "sale" items ?

Sale items are ineligible for exchange under any circumstance.

If you've received a defective item, what steps should you take ?

Send an email to yarnndarn.lk@gmail.com detailing your concern, and we'll respond with instructions for replacement. Rest assured, we'll cover the delivery fee for this service.
