Exchange Policy

Exchange and Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, we will be happy to exchange them according to our easy exchange policy. Please note that the exchange policy applies only to orders placed through our website.

You can exchange items if they are eligible for exchange and are in their original condition. Exchanges must be made within 10 days of purchase, with labels and tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt. We would appreciate knowing the reason for the exchange. Please note that exchanges can be made only once.

Exchange delivery will be arranged by Yarn & Darn. Simply inform us of the need for an exchange, and we will handle the process for you with no hassles.

We do not accept returns or refunds. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at +94 76 721 3231 or email us at yarnndarn.lk@gmail.com on the day of delivery. If you fail to contact us at that moment, we cannot process the exchange.

We ensure that our products meet high-quality standards. We conduct a quality check to ensure that products are 100% damage-free before shipment. Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you find a damaged item, contact us immediately for a free exchange. We will not be responsible for damaged items reported after delivery.

Exchange Procedure

1. Inform us about the exchange via email at yarnndarn.lk@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp +94 76 721 3231.
2. Pack the items in the original packaging, in their original condition, with labels and tags attached, including our return delivery details.
3. Select the items you need in exchange and return the original items to the address below within 7 working days:
Yarn & Darn (PVT) LTD, B 5, Piliyandala 10300

4. We will reserve the new item once we receive your package and send your exchange package promptly.
5. No delivery charge will be added to the new package; however, you will need to bear the return package cost.
6. Items not in their original condition will not be accepted, and the exchange will not be processed.

The following item categories will not be exchanged:
- Items not in original condition (e.g., damaged items, items with dirt/makeup/patches)
- Sale/Discounted items
- Lingerie
- Handbags
- Jewellery & Accessories

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, inform us via email (yarnndarn.lk@gmail.com) or call (+94 76 721 3231) within 24 hours of placing the order, before it is dispatched from the warehouse.
